                 DVO’s COMIC GIVEAWAY EXTRAVAGANZA!!!!

I wanted to give Bob’s Fans an opportunity to take home some of my artwork and prints that i had done over the years on Bob’s Burgers. Here is your chance!!

In Betty Beaver we trust.
Somewhere off 87 en route to secret spot.
The Beaver, engineer of the forest, whose dams can span up to 2,800 feet. I believe the entirety of the Laurentides landscape has been sculpted by hundreds of years of beaver engineering. I was creepin’ round their territory over the weekend and bore witness to 6 tiered dams of varying size and shape that moved water in a spiral fashion down from one mountain valley lake to another. The beavers had laid logs in a zig zag pattern leading up to their lodge (to dissuade predators or competitors?) and the lodge itself was laid on a grid of logs laid perfect 90 degrees square. They dropped heavy objects in the water and slapped tails tellin’ us to leave and we scrambled out on one of the slopes they’d mowed clean, for food and perhaps readying it for new depths. Where once were nursery pools for their young higher up on the mountain now were gurgling brooks edged by thick moss and mushrooms. Beautiful! Great job beavers. These animals are the best landscapers on earth.
